Netflix will pay AT&T toll for better video delivery

Despite expressing opposition to fees, Netflix will pay AT&T to make sure Netflix content is streamed uninterrupted as part of an interconnection agreement. AT&T will build new network connections for Netflix content to be delivered on AT&T's servers. Netflix has similar deals with Comcast and Verizon and has asked the Federal Communications Commission to review the market.
