Pa. medical facility is sued over Legionnaires' disease cases

The company that operates a Pennsylvania medical facility is facing a lawsuit alleging wrongful death and negligence in connection with a Legionnaires' disease outbreak that sickened six people last fall. The lawsuit, filed by a survivor and the families of two deceased men, also involves a property management firm. The outbreak was traced to an indoor fountain at the facility, according to court documents.
