Check-in kiosks: The comeback kid

Check-in kiosks are back on the map, and major hotel companies are hoping the speedy self-service will increase customer loyalty. Thomas Spitler, Hilton's vice president for front office operations and systems, says he believes the public is more accustomed to automated services because of the ATM, online banking and Internet shopping.
