New England's Fresh City hopes to conquer the South

Fresh City, a New England fast-casual restaurant concept, has signed an area development deal with Rob Grimes, president and CEO of Accuvia, to open at least 40 Fresh City units in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C., over the next 12 years. Larry Reinstein, president and CEO of Fresh City's parent company Fresh Concepts, said the company also will open two stores in New Jersey.
