No cookie-cutter steak houses for these celeb chefs

A number of celebrity chefs are opening successful steak houses, including Wolfgang Puck, whose Cut in Beverly Hills, Calif., has been sold out nightly since it opened a year ago, USA TODAY reports. Other ventures, which some observers note are boosted by unusual architecture, female-friendly environments and delicious side-dish selections, include Bobby Flay Steak in Atlantic City, N.J., and Emeril Lagasse's Delmonico Steakhouse in Las Vegas.
