Friendly's goes back to basics with "Ice Cream World" pitch

The multiplatform "Ice Cream World" campaign for Friendly's Ice Cream is the first work for the chain from Omnicom Group's Zimmerman Advertising, since it won the account in December. The campaign, whose elements include everything from print, digital, TV and radio to direct mail, promotional events and sampling, offers the tagline: "Friendly's. Where ice cream makes the meal."
