Morgan Stanley thinks Brazil will keep raising rates

Brazil's benchmark interest rate will probably rise to 14.25% by year's end, an increase of 1.25 percentage points, Morgan Stanley economists said. Rates were at a record-low 11.25% only a few months ago. Most analysts said the central bank's effort to slow accelerated inflation promises more rate increases.
