Ad network's clients can pay only when users watch entire clip

"Performing Pricing" is the name of a new system from video ad network BrightRoll that allows marketers to negotiate payment rates based on various criteria, including cost-per-click, the cost of the completed video and cost per engagement. "By letting customers pay on the metrics that most benefit their individual campaigns, we're continuing to remove inefficiencies in the video inventory buying process," said Tod Sacerdoti, co-founder and CEO of BrightRoll.
