Administrator course may be eliminated in Indiana

A new teacher-training plan proposed by Indiana's superintendent of public instruction, Tony Bennett, would also relax the amount of training required for educators to take on administrative roles, including superintendent. The plan would eliminate course work and instead allows teachers to advance by passing a test.
