American Beverage Corp. sale is delayed

Royal Wessanen, a Netherlands-based food company, still plans to divest its North American businesses, but the sale of American Beverage Corp. has been delayed. The core business of ABC, the third-largest producer of noncarbonated juice drinks, is mixers and bar syrups that are sold to retailers and upscale food chains.
