CEO e-mail prompts age-bias claim

A federal court has ruled an age-bias claim can move forward after a company CEO reviewed a resume, then accidentally sent the 46-year-old applicant an e-mail saying, "He must be old -- and just looking for something to do." The company denied bias, saying the applicant wasn't qualified.
