Deere's Iowa hangar still a shell; finish placed on hold

Deere & Co. decided to delay finishing construction of a new hangar at the Quad-City International Airport in Iowa. Deere had planned to open the hangar this year, but has pushed back the date until 2011 because of the global economy, according to Deere spokesman Ken Golden. "While the shell of the building has been completed, finish work and other details have been placed on hold," he said.
