The Reach and Frequency Planner is a new tool developed by Microsoft, in partnership with comScore, that promises to aid marketers in evaluating the success of their Web ad efforts. The combination of Microsoft's ad data, paired with comScore's demographic information, is meant to mimic the metrics available to marketers advertising in traditional media.
