Obama visits N.C., Virginia to campaign for health care reform

President Barack Obama attempted to allay fears about the repercussions of health care reform by directly addressing residents in North Carolina and Virginia. Government efforts to overhaul the system "is not something that is impossible to do, but we've got to overcome the understandable skepticism that somehow Washington can never get anything right," Obama said in Raleigh, N.C.
