Professor: Insurance mandate will "wallop" small business

Scott A. Shane, professor of entrepreneurial studies at Case Western Reserve University, writes that Congress is violating the "do no harm" rule when it comes to health care reform and small business. Requiring businesses to pay 8% of their payroll into a fund if they do not provide insurance coverage will "eat into small-business profits severely," Shane writes.
