RAM brings free health care to remote corner of Virginia

Hundreds of people lined up in southwest Virginia to get free health care from Remote Area Medical, a group of volunteer medical practitioners who travel to remote areas to offer health care services. About 1,700 medical professionals set up areas for primary care, dental work, X-rays, mammograms and other medical services that people may not otherwise have access to or be able to afford.
