Army's Odierno: Troop pay hike "a problem"

The 1.8% pay increase the House voted to give troops instead of the 1% recommended by the Pentagon will endanger training, weapons and other areas that need funding, warns Army Chief of Staff Gen. Ray Odierno. "We're trying to work with Congress on this, but if we continue to have higher-level pay raises, it's going to become really a problem for us," Odierno said.
