Former Amazon temp worker writes open letter to Steve Bezos

In an open letter to Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, former Amazon contract worker Steven Barker writes that while temp workers may be seen as a cheaper solution, "the revolving door of new hires encourages low quality work, inconsistent productivity and wastes useful resources on training." Amazon is known for its perks, he writes, but "if you really want to create a positive work environment and generate productivity and employee loyalty, give your employees some job security."
