Gay bars dumping Russian vodka to protest anti-LGBT laws

An increasing number of gay bars are refusing to serve Russian-made vodka in an attempt to draw attention to anti-LGBT laws enacted there in recent months. Calls for a boycott of the upcoming Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, are generating less traction among LGBT advocates. In Russia, one top activist has suggested staging a LGBT Pride parade in Sochi to coincide with the games.
