Medal of Honor recipient wants to end PTSD stigma

Staff Sgt. Ty Michael Carter hopes to be a voice for veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, and in the process help remove the stigma of the condition. Carter will soon receive the Medal of Honor for actions in a battle at Combat Outpost Keating in Afghanistan, an event that he says triggered his own fight with PTSD.
