OPDP says companies can do "a number of things" to steer clear of enforcement actions

Office of Prescription Drug Promotion Regulatory Counsel Julie Chronis stated at a July 29 OPDP enforcement action update Webinar that there are "a number of things" that companies can do to avoid enforcement letters. She advised attendees that they should check out the enforcement letters and associated promotional materials on the FDA's website, as well as FDA guidance documents on promotional practices. "As always, we are looking for voluntary compliance from companies. We're not out to get companies; we just want companies to do the right thing," she said. Read more.
