QLess helps providers manage waiting lines virtually

Technology company QLess is working with health care providers to help them decrease the time spent by patients in waiting rooms. The QLess solution operates on a kiosk or a computer in the waiting room, letting patients enter their mobile phone numbers into the system and secure their place in line. The service notifies patients about the length of the wait and sends them periodic updates about wait times and their place in line.
