Spellings: NCLB is overdue for improvements

Margaret Spellings, former George W. Bush administration education secretary and current president of the George W. Bush Foundation, is asking lawmakers to improve government accountability and transparency in reauthorizing No Child Left Behind. She said the law, which she helped craft, is overdue for some tweaks and "some improvements, and we can and we should do that."
