Terrafugia can go from highway to skyway in 60 seconds

Flying-car designers at Terrafugia are at work on a vehicle they say can be converted from road to flight use in about 60 seconds. The car sports a conventional steering wheel and gas and brake pedals along with a fold-up joystick and a console-mounted throttle. Terrafugia also hopes to include autonomous vertical take-off and landing at some point, Terrafugia co-founder Carl Dietrich said.
