More carriers look to offer parental controls

With more parents complaining about the high cost of their children's cell phone bills, carriers are moving to give adults greater control over their use. T-Mobile USA will introduce such a service today, and Verizon Wireless said it would soon follow suit -- AT&T began offering parental-restriction options almost a year ago.
