Ruby Tuesday to launch makeover with a bang

Restaurant chain Ruby Tuesday on Aug. 5 will seek to kick-start its new image by airing on the Web a live demolition of one of its 948 outlets. The chain, which has had one of the worst track records in the struggling casual-dining segment, has revamped its menu and simplified its cluttered restaurant decor, under the tagline: "It's a brand new Tuesday."
