Mississippi science teachers will have access to $150,000 in donated equipment, including microscopes and biology kits, at the Mississippi Academy for Math and Science Teaching. "Children don't learn by doing work sheets," said Lillie V. Tucker-Aiken, who donated the resources gathered over her 21-year career as a science-education consultant.
