Seafood may help prevent depression in pregnant women

A British study compared pregnant women who ate three or more servings of omega-3-rich seafood each week to those who ate no seafood. Data showed women who didn't eat seafood were about 50% more likely to report depression at 32 weeks of pregnancy.
