Low blood pressure during dialysis may raise risk of blood clots

Kidney failure patients who had the most episodes of low blood pressure during dialysis had a twofold increased risk of clotted fistula compared with those who exhibited low blood pressure less frequently, researchers found. The study appears in the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology.
