Ohio governor says Utica Shale reserves could drive growth

Ohio's oil and natural gas reserves could spur economic recovery, said Gov. John Kasich. His statement comes after Chesapeake Energy touted the significant oil and gas deposits of the Utica Shale in the eastern part of the state. "It's essential that we properly marshal our economic development, job training, environmental and regulatory assets to make this work right and work well for Ohio," Kasich said.
