Auto dealers to use new paperwork to guard against bias claims

Auto-dealer vendors and legal experts are unveiling forms to help dealers facing scrutiny from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau over potential bias when making auto loans. Instead of setting rates on a case-by-case basis, dealers use a fixed rate for dealer reserve and document any deviation, they say.
