Caesars Entertainment's analytics-based strategy fuels continuous innovation across the organization, says Chief Analytics Officer Ruben Sigala. Managers are encouraged to try out ideas and use analytics to monitor them, Sigala explains. "We have experimentation going on every day, across every aspect of the operation. There are tests literally occurring all the time," he says.
