Halliburton to enter guilty plea over Gulf spill in September hearing

Halliburton Energy Services is expected at a Sept. 19 hearing to enter a guilty plea over the destruction of 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill-related evidence. The company will also pay the $200,000 statutory maximum fine, work with the U.S. government's criminal probe and be on a three-year probation.
