House chairman to push tax reform bill before debt ceiling talks

House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp, R-Mich., plans to push forward a bill for comprehensive tax reform before Congress becomes involved with talks on the debt ceiling. Camp indicated he wouldn't object to linking tax reform to the debt ceiling. It is unlikely tax reform will be able to move through the finance committee before September, however.
