Incubator to spur development of wearable-device apps

Palomar Health and Qualcomm Life have joined forces to create Glassomics, an incubator that aims to encourage developers to design health applications for Google Glass and other wearable devices. Qualcomm will supply the necessary software-development tools, while Palomar Health's facilities will serve as the setting for developers to fine-tune the technology.
