Manufacturing not experiencing a renaissance now, MAPI president says

Speculation is growing that manufacturing in the U.S. may have peaked and the industry shouldn't expect much more significant growth. Stephen Gold, president and CEO of MAPI, reports that manufacturing has recovered from the recession by 75%. He predicts that it will take until Q4 of 2014 for industry to reach pre-recession activity. "U.S. manufacturing is not yet experiencing a renaissance," he says.
