Not-so-sweet news: Sugar creates wrinkles

Aged, wrinkled skin can be caused in part by excess consumption of sugar, research now shows. Foods that create what scientists call "advanced glycation end products" begin to take a toll on skin by the time people are in their mid-30s. Now pharmaceutical and cosmetics producers are working on products to reverse the effects.
