Study: Unattractive colleagues more likely to be bullied

Workplace bullies are more likely to target people at work who they consider unattractive, according to a study by the University of Notre Dame and Michigan State University. "We're more influenced by attractiveness than we are willing to admit," researcher Timothy Judge says. "We act on those perceptions in ways that are hurtful."
