Why it's worth training young blood

Organizations that look down on or fail to train and develop their young leaders are dooming themselves to failure, writes Dan Rockwell. Young leaders make plenty of mistakes, but they also bring energy and optimism that established companies sorely need. "Organizations reflect the age and attitude of their leaders. The older some grow, the more they lean toward no, and 'no' isn't going anywhere," Rockwell writes.
