J&J pulls uterine growth morcellator from global market

Johnson & Johnson's Ethicon unit is withdrawing from the global market the power morcellator, which shaves uterine tissue or growths into small pieces for less invasive removal. Morcellating tissue during hysterectomies and other uterine procedures might spread undetected cancer, substantially worsening outcomes for some women.
