Commentary: U.S. must hold on to its financial edge

While Sarbanes-Oxley is somewhat hindering the U.S.' ability to compete effectively on the international financial playing field, it is the ease with which class actions are filed that is stripping the U.S. of its competitive edge, VC founder Joseph Bartlett says. If IPOs and companies move offshore, the U.S. will suffer a major blow.
