New CDC vaccine campaign pressures parents

The CDC has begun a new Preteen Vaccine campaign urging parents to get their 11- and 12-year-olds inoculated. In addition to urging human papillomavirus vaccinations for girls, the CDC campaign urges parents to have their children receive the MCV4 vaccine to protect against meningitis and the Tdap booster shot against tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis.
