Amazon chips away at iTunes' online dominance

Amazon's digital music service now is the second-largest online music store after iTunes, beating out rivals such as Wal-Mart and Rhapsody, according to research. Now Amazon is in talks with MySpace about a partnership related to its upcoming joint venture with Warner Music, Universal and SonyBMG, according to sources.
