Florida chef enjoys creative freedom

Chef and restaurant co-owner Nick Morfogen loves having a business by the ocean that allows him to cook with local seafood, however the lack of farmland in the area makes it difficult to get fresh produce, he says. One of his favorite things about being a chef is the challenge of creating new dishes.
