WPP Group's Mediaedge:cia has taken over Novartis' U.S. media buying and planning account from sibling shop MindShare without a review, according to this article. The change reportedly was made to take advantage of the "efficiencies" of a global network like Mediaedge:cia, which reps Novartis in 60 other countries.
