Bosses should believe in something bigger than themselves

Existential doubt is fine for philosophers, argues Quintin E. Primo III, CEO of Capri Capital Partners -- but bosses need to have unswerving faith in the importance and value of what they do. "What I've learned is that one must have faith, faith in something larger than yourself, or you truly will be sunk," he says. "Existentialists don't do well in adversity."
