Report: Affordable Care Act to benefit almost 30 million women

About 30 million uninsured and underinsured U.S. women will be eligible for health insurance or better coverage under the new provisions of the Affordable Care Act, according to a report from the Commonwealth Fund. "This report provides good news to all women who are more likely to get the care they need with a reduced risk of not being able to pay medical bills," Commonwealth Fund President Karen Davis said.
