Sebelius tries to assuage governors' fears on health reform law

HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is spending a lot of time talking with state governors in an effort to assuage their worries about the implementation of the health reform law. Sebelius' efforts come as some states plan to hold ballot initiatives and other actions against some of the law's provisions, including the requirement that most people must buy insurance or pay a fine.
