Small businesses are still struggling with the economy's slow recovery, with only 9% experiencing growth, according to a survey of 400 small-business owners by the National Small Business Association. Also, 73% of the respondents said economic uncertainty is their main challenge, ahead of consumer spending and health insurance costs.
