CEOs share wellness know-how with other companies

A survey by Workplace Options found 73% of employees said they would be more likely to lose weight or quit smoking if their company gave them incentives to do so. Still, companies are wary of upfront costs, do not realize the return-on-investment or have trouble implementing plans. The Partnership for Prevention started the "Leading by Example" program, in which corporate CEOs help each other begin wellness initiatives.
